Introduction to strategic management - approaches and concepts Importance and role of strategic management, manager as a strategist Strategic management model Strategy formulation Forecasting of company´s environment Analysis of external environment Analysisi of internal environment Strategies, typology of strategies Formulation of strategic variations Evaluation of strategic variations, choosing the right variation, strategic risk management Strategy implementation Strategic management and sustainability Strategy evaluation
