Basic principles of process management and controlling Phases of controlling Metrics, Standards, KPI, SLA, Benchmarking Types and approaches to measurements Comparing performance against goals Gap analysis Process improvement Controlling in practice - Manufacturing, Logistics, Services, Commerce, IT Software support of controlling, dashboards, reporting
