The course is intended for doctoral studies. The Process Management, Operations Management, Innovation The Types of Processes, Process Simulation The Process Performance Management The Strategy Implementation into the Process Environment Balanced Scorecard - the Tool of Organization´s Process Optimization Strategic Maps Process Management Trends and Process Management Development in Industry 4.0 Era

to discusse practical and theoretical problems concerning proces management. to apply analytical tools and techniques for proces activities management with the goal to rise firm´s performance. to implement strategy into firm´s infrastructure. to formulate research work concerning the chosen topic of the discussed issues. to defend such work.
