Introduction to innovation management, Case studies Models of innovation processes, Assessment of innovation potential - questionnaire Innovation impulses, working with innovation impulses - tools and processes Assessment of innovation performance and potential, web pages of programmes for R&D&I support Innovation marketing Entrepreneurship environment, support of innovations Introduction to knowledge management Role of knowledge in business, Knowledge types and their transformation Knowledge value, intelectual capital, working with patent databases Company culture and motivation system Review of lessons from Innovation Management Soft skills, collaborative tools, mindmapping, creativity techniques Course review Presentations of semestral works Final test
