Competencies of team leader, selfmanagement Leadership styles and team Building an effective team, principles, disfunctions of the team Advanced negotiation Critical thinking and team development Managing team through the change Managing different types of teams (hybrid,virtual) Specifics of managerial communication (crisis situations, managerial interviews) Team assessment, tools, techniques Simulation game
