Introduction, process management, operational management, innovation Types of processes, process modeling Performance management processes Production processes and their characteristics Calculation of processes Cost calculation method ABC/ABM, value added Quality management standards and tools Statistical methods in quality management Quality planning in preparation for new products. The effectiveness of the quality management Business Process Management - basic methods Business Process Management - advanced methods Controlling production. Software support processes
