Company costs, cost function, several methods of cost function Profit and relation between basic economic company terms - revenue, production, price, cost, choosing optimal option Cost management, cost calculation, calculation methods and types Cash flow, Financing of company, investment activities Sale - plans, connetion to goals, relation betweeen sale department and other departments Purchasing - purchasing in company, strategic and operative purchasing, strategic part, typical activities Introduction to HR activities HR activities in company, HR processes Outsourcing, cooperation and strategic decisions related to outsourcing/cooperation Introduction to controlling, innovation activities, Introduction to project management, sustainability management, quality management Modern/actual trends in business economy - family companies, small and middle sized companies, social enterprises, start-ups
