Course content
|
Development of Project Management (PM). Basic PM concepts, approaches and tools. Project definition, logical framework and project charter. Project scope (PBS, WBS). Project scheduling, network diagram, Gantt chart, scheduling methods, critical path, PERT, critical chain. Resource and cost planning. Management of communication. Quality management. Project risks management Management of commercial activities. Project evaluation and monitoring, project scorecard, earned value analysis. Project documentation, project closure. In the course student learns how to work with Project 2010.
