Course content
Introduction. Basic terms of project, portfolio and programme management. Project portfolio management. Programme management process. Programme organization and governance. Programme planning and control. Cost and Benefits management. Management of risks and issues. Configuration management. Programme accounting and financial control. Project and programme office. Project and programme knowledge management. Measuring and improving management maturity.
