Course content
- People in organization, "human" side of organizations, soft and hard factors. - People in HR processes- subject and object in personnel processes, types of personnel processes. - Organizational psychology - theory and practice (learning, organizational behavior, etc.). - Orientation in organization, subsystems of organization, communication, specifics of different types of organizations (SMEs, multinational, etc.). - Personal and professional development and career, managing problems, crises, resistance, self-management. - Social and motivation programs in organization. - People as creators and a part of corporate culture. - Innovative activity and creativity in organization. - Group and team processes- work in a department, teamwork, solving problems in team, creating confidence. - Characteristic of the main HR processes in organizations - Labour-law aspects of the HR processes in organizations. - Economic evaluation of personnel processes. - HR aspects of selected management methods: MBO, kaizen, etc.
