Human resources management in organisation, trends Human resources management: approaches, models, evolution Strategic human resources management Organisational culture and human resource management Organisational culture typologies, organisational culture change Recruiting and selecting process Training and development, talent management Motivation, performance evaluation Organisational culture and HRM, Diversity management HRM in SMEs
