Course content
Anchoring basic concepts and defining the issue of people in organizational and managerial practice. Psychological activity, mental processes and states in work activity. Personality and human competence in the organization. Work activity, work performance and working conditions. Work group, work team and interpersonal relationships in the workplace. Manager and people management in the organization. Influencing in the work process, work motivation and attitudes. Interaction and communication in the organization. Conflicts in the workplace. Profesiography - analysis of work activities of a selected profession. System and methods of working with people (competence assessment, selection of employees, training and development, social and work adaptation, etc.). Negative phenomena in the workplace and their prevention - burden, stress, mobbing / bossing, burnout syndrome. More detailed breakdown of individual topics is given in the COURSEWARE.
