Course content
Human resource management in the context of the health service management. Methods and activities of human resource management. Human resources planning. Recruitment and selection of employees, process of orientation and adaptation for new employees. Education, training and development of the employees and management, career planning. Motivation, performance management, job evaluation. Human resource activities of the manager - team leader, management styles, people management skills. Creation and management of work teams, communication in organisation and in team work. Team development and management of changes. Organisation culture and intercultural communication.
