Introduction to strategic management - approaches and concepts Importance and role of strategic management, manager as a strategist Strategic management model Strategy formulation Forecasting of companyś surrounding development Analysis of external environment Analysisi of internal environment Strategies, strategy typologies Formulation of strategic variations Evaluation of strategic variations, choosing the right variation, strategic risk management Strategy implementation Balanced Scorecard as a tool for strategy implementation Strategic management and sustainability Strategy evaluation
