Course content
Basic principles of tactical management. Business plan, action plans. Feasibility study. Balanced Scorecard for strategy implementation, strategic maps. Financial plan - Balance sheet. Financial plan - Profit and loss statement. Financial plan - Cash flow statement. Structure and sources of business financing. Evaluation of investment effectiveness. Investment program and portfolio. Controlling and risk management of business project.

  • Graduate study programme term essay (40-50) - 50 hours per semester
