Course content
Deepening the knowledge which was gained during the civil proceedings lessons as well as deepening the knowledge on possible forms of dispute resolution without the interference of the court. The position requirements to be the facilitator, mediator, and arbiter. 1)Negotiation, facilitation, facilitator 2)Mediation, its subject and aim 3)Position of the mediator, registered mediator, unregistered mediator 4)Contract on mediaton 5)Course of mediation, mediation agreement 6)The term "arbitration" and its sources 7)The atribute of being subject of arbitration, arbitration agreement 8)Subjects of arbitration, arbiters, permanent arbitral courts 9)Principles of arbitration 10)Course of arbitration 11)Judicial review of arbitral ruling 12)Execution of arbitral rulings 13)Arbitral courts in EU member states

Knowledge
The requirement for successful completion of this subject is that the student is already able to use basic knowledge of Civil Proceedings Law taught especially within the subject Civil Proceedings 1, 2.
Skills
It is expected that the student is already able to navigate himself in the issue of civil proceedings in the Czech Republic at least on the basic level.
Competences
The student is able to understandably and convincingly tell information on the nature of expert issues and his own opinion regarding their solutions to both experts and laymen.
