The course is focused on the interpretation of damages and non-pecuniary damage. The issue is conceived in a broader context, as a traditional part of civil law. Emphasis is placed on students' independent thinking, in solving specific practical cases. Furthermore, the application of general knowledge of civil law, even in a historical kontext.
