Course content
Liabilities for transfer of the property to another party, I. - deed of gift, purchase contract - introduction. Liabilities for transfer of the property to another party II. - Purchase Agreement - completion; swap contract. Liabilities to relinquish the property to be used by another I. - Ask for, loan, rent - introduction. Liabilities to relinquish the property to be used by another II. - Lease completion. Liabilities to relinquish the property to be used by another III. - Leasing, license, loan. Contract of command type - command, brokerage, commission. Contract of carriage, tours. Contract for work. Insurance and other contracts bold. Liabilities from pension schemes treaties, the contract on health care; contractual relations from the legal actions of another person. Liabilities arising from torts - compensation I. Liabilities arising from torts - compensation II. Liabilities for other legal reasons - unjust enrichment; uncommanded agency.

Knowledge
Graduate will understand the special role of contract law in both its limitations and out of contract part, and will acquire knowledge of the basic institutes of this important area of private law. Based on the knowledge gained graduate will be able to describe the role and function of the particular contract law, and will be able to interpret and apply its legal rules.
