Course content
1) The existence of a "sports law"; fundamental rights intersections and sport; 2) Federal law and the organization of federal activities in the sports sector; relationship between state and sport; EU relationship to sport; 3) Right in the football environment (FIFA, UEFA, the FARC, their authorities and functions); 4) Transfer systems of sports associations; kind of compensation for the transfer of athletes; 5) Legal aspects of the club; 6) Legal aspects of the national team; 7) Contract law in sport; 8) National resolving disputes; 9) International arbitration of disputes (CAS etc.). case law of the European courts and its impact on sport; 10) Disciplinary responsibility in sport - national and international disciplinary proceedings; 11) Civil and criminal liability in sports; 12) Match fixing; 13) Legal issues of doping; evaluation of the issue so controversial. strict liability in anti-doping regulation.
