Introduction to intellectual property, industrial property rights (basic definitions and classification), the copyright term, historical development, basic principles of continental copyright. Copyright Act - the content and structure, the amendment. The term of copyright works, the concept of person the author, content copyright Duration of copyright, the concept of free work. License Agreement - conceptual character, formal requirements, examples. Institutes of constructive use of copyrighted works. A three-stage test and institute alternative rewards The use of copyright works in the Internet, P2P networks, responsibilities. Cooperation with ISPs - international experience. Enforceability of copyright - private law, criminal law. The right of performers to their performances. The rights of producers of audio and audio-visual recordings. | Gets an overview of the historical development of intellectual property legislation in this country and abroad. They will acquire the theoretical and philosophical principles of legislation in the field of social relations. Will be familiar with general concepts of copyright, its subject, body, and individual rights. Gets a comprehensive overview of recent legislation of copyright and industrial rights, international agreements on intellectual property and the current development of European law in this area. The ability to analyze the types of copyright works, interpret various provisions of the Copyright Act and special regulations for the protection of industrial property. They focus on practical issues of application of copyright and industrial, in particular the development of license agreements, including the practical application of legal institutes suitable for obtaining and maintaining legal protection of intangible assets. |
