Course content
Land Law. Land, land, plot, building and property as legal terms. Acquisition of title to lands and buildings. Restrictions on ownership of lands. The concept, subject, springs and the system of administrative law, public law and private. Administrative acts-the concept, structure, elements, properties, and defects in administrative acts. Administrative bodies of legal relations, their position and acts in administrative procedure. The concept, characteristics and the legislation of the administrative procedure, the procedural principles of the administrative procedure. A decision in the administrative proceedings, legal power and the enforceability of the decision. The concept of administrative justice, authority and jurisdiction of the courts in the administrative justice system. An action against a decision of an administrative authority in the administrative justice system. Land Registry and the types of records. Use the relationships to the land. Agricultural and forest land resources. Minerals and water. Land in protected areas and buffer zones. Communication. Spatial planning, land management, culture change. Land consolidation.

Knowledge
This subject aims at providing the students with a detailed overview of the questions of contractual rights in the estate area, namely the property (ownership) right, with a special focus on the means of acquisition and cessation of the mentioned rights. Students should be able to assess the validity of contracts relating to the transfer of real estate on the establishment of property rights to foreign affairs (especially the lien).
