Course content
The topics of the seminars are focused on the areas that most often bring problems in state final examinations and on current changes in the regulation of civil procedural law.

Knowledge
The graduate will understand the current problems and changes in the regulation of civil procedural law. Based on the acquired knowledge, the graduate will be able to describe the role and function of changes in regulation, and will be able to interpret and apply the legal norms.
