Course content
Concept, meaning and basic features of family law. Structure of family law, its development and sources. Analysis of selected family law institutes with an emphasis on problems of application practice

Knowledge
The course focuses on the interpretation of family law institutes and associated institutes of civil law. Family law is perceived in a broader context, as part of the traditional civil law, so the interpretation focuses not only on family law, but also on other related legislation. There are also introductory historical excursion, which is essential to understanding the issue. Emphasis is placed on individual students' reasoning while solving concrete practical cases. Furthermore, the application of general knowledge in civil and family law, even in historical context.

- má odpovídající hlubší znalosti ve vybrané oblasti rodinného práva
- rozumí odborné právní terminologii v rozsahu výuky

- vyjadřuje se v mluvených projevech v rozsahu výuky jasně a srozumitelně
- je schopen popsat charakteristiky a fungování jednotlivých vybraných institutů rodinného práva, jakož i interpretovat a aplikovat právní normy, které upravují tuto oblast právní úpravy
