Course content
1. Analysis of the course of teaching situations as a source of self-diagnostic information, emphasis on psychodidactic analysis of the processing of the curriculum, analysis of the possibilities of acquiring cognitive and metacognitive processes and their application to practice, teaching strategies and evaluation activities. 2. Professional qualities of the teacher. 3. The teacher's contribution to the level of pupils' knowledge. Evaluation of conceptions of the curriculum from relevant professional sources. 4. Teacher's contribution to pupils' motivation. Assessment of pupils' motivational factors and needs. 5. Self-diagnostic analysis of classification and assessment. Evaluation of assessment criteria and the meaning of assessment in feedback to pupils. 6. The concept of the successful pupil as a regulator of the teacher's pedagogical activity. Evaluation of assessment criteria in relation to the successful pupil. 7. Determining the success of one's own pedagogical action using didactic tests. 8. Determination of the success of own pedagogical action using questionnaires of pupils' attitudes towards subjects. 9. Determination of the success of own pedagogical action by self-diagnostic analysis of classification and evaluation, analysis of classification. 10. Finding out the peculiarities of own conception of a successful pupil (as a source of self-knowledge teachers can use the analysis of teacher-induced motivation of the pupil, analysis of the course of the lesson). 11. Teacher's image of the pupil as an indicator of pedagogical sensitivity. 12. The interplay between the teacher's image of the pupil, the influence on the formation of the child's self-image as a pupil, the influence on school performance. 13. Evaluation of the topics discussed.
