Course content
1. Concept of health, mental disorder and their etiopathogenesis. 2. Mental development, periodization, development disorders. 3. Psychological issue of CNS disorders( ADHD, cerebral palsy, epilepsy). 4. Pervasive developmental disorders in childhood. 5. Affective disorders in childhood and adolescence. 6. Post-traumatic disorder in childhood. 7. Obsedantně kompulzívní porucha, OCD. 8. Depressive syndrome and suicidal behavior. 9. Neurotic disorders and eating disorders. 10. Disharmonious development of personality. 11. Child deprivation. 12. Schizophrenia in children and adolescents aged 13. Manic-depressive psychosis in children and adolescents.

Knowledge
Basic knowledge form general and developmental psychology.
learning outcomes
Student will analyze causes and manifestation of mental disorders, comprehend specifics symptoms of child with developmental abnormalities and psychiatric disorders.
