Course content
1. Specifics of pedagogical communication - basic principles and terminology. 2. Social perception - mistakes of social perception in pedagogical communication. 3. Verbal communication of the teacher - forms, specifics ,. 4. Non-verbal communication of the teacher 5. Techniques of asking questions - issues of higher and lower cognitive order, effective guidelines. 6. Communication teacher x parent. 7. Active listening - techniques of functions in pedagogical communication. 8. Presentation skills - lecturing, defense of the project. 9. Basic methods of assertiveness and transactional analysis. 10. Crisis Communication - Basic Rules, Technique. 11. Conflict Psychology - Strategies to Confront and Prevent Conflict Situations 12. Teacher Psychohygiene - Prevention of Burnout Syndrome. 13. Final evaluations.
