Course content
1) Pedagogical - psychological diagnostics (PPDg), its goals, methods, possibilities and limits in relation to the field diagnostics (each field has its specifics and demands on students). 2) Differential and developmental PPDg, the importance of pupil portfolios. 3) High quality PPDg as a source of information about the potentials and limits of pupils, which is a prerequisite for successful setting of individualization of teaching situations. 4) Possibilities of detection and support role of the teacher and cooperation with other psychosocial actors from the state and non-state sphere in dealing with the situation. 5) Origin and development of psychological deviations (including the issue of early traumas), prevention. 6) Eating disorders in pupils and students. 7) Addictions in children and adolescents, issues of self-harm. 8) Pathological emotionality in pupils and students and neurotic manifestations. 9) Pupils with behavioural disorders. 10) Pupil with autism spectrum disorder. 11) Pupil with epilepsy. 12) Different options for intervention and support for pupils who have SEN or mental health difficulties or illness, including the specifics of crisis intervention. 13) Final evaluation and reflection on teaching.

- suggests modifications to the IEP for a student with a mental and behavioral disorder, - specifies the role of the teaching assistant in teaching, - based on the knowledge of the needs of a pupil with a mental disorder, specifies the requirements for the educational process.
