Course content
1. Definition and types of creativity. 2. Properties of creative personality. 3. Significance of creativity in life. 4. Types of creativity. 5. Phases of creative activity. 6. Brainstorming. 7. Acquiring of techniques for creativity development. 8. Divergent thinking development. 9. Flexibility and independence in solving problem tasks. 10. Imagination and fantasy training. 11. Introduction to creative games and exercises. 12. Introduction to techniques for creativity development in children and adults. 13. Acquiring of theoretical knowledge from the field of psychology of thinking.

- explain the concept of creativity, - assess one's own creativity, - distinguish between creative and non-creative personality, - justify the importance of developing pupils' creativity, - recognize types of creativity, - to get acquainted with the basic methods of developing creativity in children of younger school age (for groups and individuals).

- distinguish between creative and non-creative process, - identify the limits of one's own creativity, - recognize barriers to creativity and apply individual methods of developing creativity in the teaching process, - design their own methodology for developing creativity in children of younger school age.
