COURSE TOPICS 1. Introduction into personality psychology, its subject and meaning 2. The term "personality" and its structure 3. Main approaches to research of personality 4. Biological and socio-cultural determination, models of determination 5. Motivation, motivation patterns, needs classification 6. Character,attitudes; formation of character and attitudes 7. Self-regulating characteristics, characteristics of a will 8. Temperament, basic typologies of temperament 9. Abilities, faculties, special abilities, intelligence, creativity 10. Frustration, defense mechanisms, deprivation 11. Stress, phases of stress, stressors, prevention and stress management 12. Basic knowlegde of general psychology.
learning outcomes
- popsat pojem osobnost, objasnit základní přístupy jejího zkoumání
- vysvětlit hlavní modely determinace osobnosti
- charakterizovat jednotlivé složky osobnosti (motivaci, charakter, postoje, seberegulační vlastnosti, temperament, jeho základní typologie, schopnosti, vlohy, inteligenci, tvořivost)
- vyjmenovat základní poznatky o utváření osobnosti v náročných životních situacích (frustraci, deprivaci, stresu a konfliktu)
- popsat základní myšlenky hlavních teorií osobnosti
Skills
- přednést referát jedné ze základních teorií osobnosti,
- provést sebereflexi vlastní osobnosti, tj. popsat a kriticky zhodnotit výsledky nestandardizovaných technik zaměřených na sebepoznání
- stanovit si cíle rozvoje vlastní osonosti
- aplikovat teoretické znalosti o zvládání náročných životních situací při jejich řešení ve svém životě
- zpracovat seminární práci na téma: "Popis některých vlastností mé osobnosti, jejich možná determinace a seberegulace"
