Course content
1. Typology of teacher personality. 2. Motivation in pedagogy (logotrop, paidotrop). 3. Personality structure of a teacher. 4. Self-regulating characteristics. 5. General skills in teacher training. 6. Creativity of a teacher. 7. Temperament of a teacher and manifestation of his temperament. 8. Pedagogical skills of a teacher (didactic, constuctive, perceptional, expressive, communicative, organizational). 9. Teacher-pupil social interaction. 10. Teacher-pupil - communication. 11. Teacher-parents - communication. 12. Teaching staff - communication. 13. Teacher-head teacher relation.

  • Undergraduate study programme term essay (20-40) - 30 hours per semester

Basic orientation in the terminology of personality psychology.
The student will explain the basic terms relating to the subject's content; defines the personality and its structure in relation to the teacher's personality and the role of the teacher The student analyzes the specifics of the teaching profession.

The student correctly uses industry terminology; The student applies theoretical knowledge to school practice.

The student develops competencies to perform the teaching profession - communicates clearly, builds positive social contacts, empathically solves problems.

list the basic typology of the teacher's personality, - to characterize the teacher's personality structure, - define the specific skills of the teacher, - to clarify the specifics of communication teacher - pupil, teacher - parents, - to define the psychological aspects of the teacher's relationship with the management of the school and the co-workers
Skills
to identify own overriding motivation to perform a teaching role, - to reflect their own disposition for teaching, - diagnose sources of problems in the pupil teacher interaction on model situation, - show an interview with the pupil's parent, - propose ways to minimize the impact of personality risks on pedagogical practice.
