Course content
In the lecture part, the course will introduce the individual areas and methods of industrial engineering. Seminars will be focused on practical application of industrial engineering methods in order to design an effective production system for a specific production program of the company. Seminars will be realized in terms of project activities, that students will design production system from already determined technological workplaces. 1. Implementation of design proposals and technological procedures in relation to the production system. - I. 2. Implementation of design proposals and technological procedures in relation to the production system. - II. 3. Implementation of design proposals and technological procedures in relation to the production system. - III. 4. Material movement control and inventory management - I. 5. Material movement control and inventory management - II. 6. Material movement control and inventory management - III. 7. Material movement control and inventory management - IV. 8. Business process optimization based on industrial engineering methods - I. 9. Business process optimization based on industrial engineering methods - II. 10.
