Course content
Students of technically oriented study programs will learn the basic knowledge of planning and decision-making methods. In practice, students will practically realize the knowledge gained from lectures using software tools available in industrial practice. 1. Introduction to PRT 2. Planning - overview of basic terms and methods 3. Decision making theory 4. Case studies 5. Managerial statistics 6. Overview of decision making methods 7. Decision making for sureties 8. Decision making for uncertainty and risk 9. Group decision making 10. Value management 11. Risk analysis 12. Modern decision-making methods I. 13. Modern decision-making methods II.
