Course content
The course provides students with information on individual areas of the human resource management system, especially in an industrial enterprise. 1. Introduction to Human Resource Management in Manufacturing Companies 2. Human resource management as a part of World Class Manufacturing 3. Process reengineering in the context of human resource management of manufacturing enterprise 4. Selection and deployment of employees using motor skills tests 5. Adaptation and training of employees of a manufacturing company in virtual reality 6. Knowledge matrix for technology process assurance 7. Job Rotation to eliminate physical workload in production 8. Ergonomic human-technology-environment system 9. Kaizen - innovative improvement based on employee creativity 10. Visual management in production
