Course content
1. The cultural relationship between Russia and Czech republic (the openness or the closeness of the culture, the cultural influences). The affinity of both nations. 2. The differences of both nations, the differences between Czech and Russian culture. The relationship between the culture and politics (the influence on the cultural dialogue by the political events). 3. The oldest added contacts of feudal formations in the central and east Europe. 4. The Russian Orthodox Church and the Catholic Church. The differences between social development in Russia and the Czech in dependence on different history. 5. Panslavonic tendency. (The relationship of T. G. Masaryk to Russia and the relationship K. H. Borovský to Russia.) 6. The Slavophil (the imaginations about Slavonic mutuality). 7. The problem of Czechoslovak legions in Russia, prewar emigration. 8. The relationship of Czechoslovakia and Russia after the 2nd World War. The delicate problem - the events of the year 1968. 9. The contemporary situation in region of the Czech - Russian relationships (the removing of economical dependence, the detachment of bilateral contacts). 10. The Renaissance of the Czech - Russian dialogue in the area of culture. 11. The translations of Russian literature in our country (the personalities of the translations, publishing house, the reception of works from Russian literatur). 12. The continuation in the topic. 13. The Russian philology in the Czech.
