Course content
Education within third part of administrative law course is focused on theoretical questions and legal regulations of administrative justice, including court´s judicature concerning administrative matters, others relations between courts and public administration, public utility service and status of public administration´s employees, public use, expropriation and other restrictions of property rights within public administration, compensation for damage and other harm within public administration, access to information about public administration activities and personal data protection. At the end of this administrative law course is included interpretation of European administrative law as well.

-understand to administrative justice system and administrative court competences. -analyze particular kinds of proceeding within administrative justice. -understand to relations between public administration and common courts. -analyze competences of Constitutional court to public administration. -understand to elementary institutes of public utility service and system of public utility service in Czech Republic. -understand to institutes of compensation for damage and other property damage in public administration, public use, expropriation and other restrictions of property rights. -understand to regulations of personal data protection in public administration and system of access to information about public administration activities. -acquaint to European administrative law system.
