Issues of the e-government or topics related to the public services and the status of civil servants are also parts of this course. Special attention will be paid to the forms of intervention of the public power into the private sphere of the addressees ? in particular the issue of public use, expropriation and other restrictions on property rights in public administration, as well as damages and other detriments in public administration. The course also includes an interpretation of European administrative law, demonstrating for the students the relationship between the national and the European exercise of the public power, respectively the public administration.
