Course content
|
Practical internships of students at the Regional Court in Pilsen in the field of administrative justice. During the internships, the students become acquainted with the work of the judge and the management of the case-file in a particular case. Students will be able to consult with the judge on preparation for the hearing, legal analysis of the case and decision. During the semester will students consult obtained information and experience gained during internships with the seminar supervisor and will solve individual procedural and substantive issues of cases.

- The student will acquire knowledge of preparation for court proceedings in the matter of administrative justice - analysis of the file, comparison of possible procedures of litigation, analysis of individual stages of proceedings, attending the relevant oral hearing, present their conclusions, compare own conclusions with the judge's decision. - The student has a comprehensive overview of the substantive and procedural arrangements of the case. |

- can choose the appropriate procedural procedure and examine the fulfillment of management conditions, - can analyze the case, - recognizes the contentious issues of the chosen case from the substantive law point of view, - applies substantive law to a particular case, - can suggest possible solutions, - publicly presents the conclusions drawn, - can decide on the matter and justify it in terms of factual and legal, - evaluates all its submissions and decisions following the case-law. |
