Course content
Characteristic of sentencing in administrative law, relation to criminal law and to criminal proceedings, analysis of requirements of european and constitutional law for hearing of illegal acts by administrative authorities and for making decisions by courts in administrative penalties. Defining types of administrative offences. Source of legislation of sentencing in adminstrative law. Liability of natural persons, legal persons and self-emploed persons for offences, imposition of administrative penalties and protections measures and proceedings for offences. Substantive and procedural legislations of disciplinary liability, with focusing on liability of public forces and members of professional chambers.

Acquaintance with basic requirements for assessment of liability for offences and other illegal acts in the field of public administration and with procedural rules for their discussion.
