This subject refers to particular information about basic terms, historical evolution and fundamental institutes of legal regulations, such as: - identity cards - travel documents - nationality - registry offices - registration of inhabitants - personal identification numbers - permanent residence, - residence of foreigners.

| - Can analyze the case; - Is able to choose the appropriate procedural procedure and revise the fulfillment of conditions of the proceeding; - Recognizes contentious issues of the chosen case from the substantive law point of view; - Applies substantive law to a particular case; - He/she is able to suggest possible solutions; - Evaluates all its submissions and decisions following the case-law; - Publicly presents the conclusions risen; - Can make a decision on the matter and justify it in terms of factual and legal. |
