Course content
This subject refers to particular information about basic terms, historical evolution and fundamental institutes of legal regulations, such as: - identity cards - travel documents - nationality - registry offices - registration of inhabitants - personal identification numbers - permanent residence, - residence of foreigners.

Student knows basics of administrative law, know basic legal terms and is able to understand basic issues of public administration.

Knowledge
- Student will gain basic knowledge of internal administration and its function in legal system. Student will gain basic knowledge of especially legal issues regarding identity cards, travel documents, nationality, registry offices, registration of inhabitants, personal identification numbers, permanent residence or residence of foreigners.
Skills
- Can analyze the case; - Is able to choose the appropriate procedural procedure and revise the fulfillment of conditions of the proceeding; - Recognizes contentious issues of the chosen case from the substantive law point of view; - Applies substantive law to a particular case; - He/she is able to suggest possible solutions; - Evaluates all its submissions and decisions following the case-law; - Publicly presents the conclusions risen; - Can make a decision on the matter and justify it in terms of factual and legal.
