1. Definition of innovation, their formation, classification and role in society 2. Innovative process and its phases 3. Relationship with innovation to regional policy and regional development 4. Financing innovation 5. Innovation in the Czech Republic, supporting their organization and regulation - a strategic framework for regional development 6. Regional Innovation Strategy higher self-governing units in the Czech Republic 7. Legislative innovation in relation to public administration - Civil Service Act 8. New information systems in public administration 9. Innovation in Transition public administration - their changes over time 10. Participation of citizens in relation to innovation 11. Municipal Administration and its initiative to innovate 12. Controversial innovation in the Czech Republic - OpenCard, Čunek, bans burqas 13. Comparison of innovation in our country and abroad

learning outcomes
During the studies students will learn the basic terms in the area of innovation in the area of public administrative. They will acquaint with innovative process in the Czech Republic with principles, progress and finalization of transformation the reform of public administrative. Students will know the basic vision of other development of the Czech Republic and Czech society. Students will learn principles of strategic ambit of public administrative. Students will learn actual innovation of legislative and informative technologies in public administrative. They will learn basic instruments of active citizen participation at innovation in public administration.
