Territorial administration reformation and territorial divisions

Knowledge
Acquire the basic principles of the functioning of the system of public administration in the territory, spatial context, the basics of legislation including the constitutional order; the limits of centralization, decentralization, deconcentration and subsidiary; to obtain specific information on the functioning of individual state administration bodies in the territory and local self-government, including the definition of powers and powers of public administration.
Skills
Acquire basic principles of public administration reform and historical context of public administration development, orientate in European systems of public administration.
