Course content
Problems of multiculturalism, cultural relativism, ethnocentrism, xenophobia. Migration in the contemporary world, assimilation and integration. The Relationship of Traditional and Modern Society and their Reflection in Contemporary Sciences man. Émile Durkheim, French School of Sociology. Social constructivism.

Collaborative instruction, Discussion, Seminar classes, Individual study, Textual studies
  • Contact hours - 52 hours per semester
  • Presentation preparation (report in a foreign language) (10-15) - 15 hours per semester
  • Preparation for comprehensive test (10-40) - 30 hours per semester
