Course content
1)Introduction. The concept of quality development to the current situation. Phase approach for quality 2)The role and development control activities. The current concept of quality in the CR and abroad 3)National quality policy. The world and the quality 4)International aspects of quality. International standards for quality assurance 5)Types of standards for quality assurance. ISO 8402, ISO 9000-9004, ISO 10000 series 6) A number of ISO 9000, 2000, ISO 14000 7)EN 45000 and relevant regulations. Documenting compliance (conformity). 8)Certification of compliance with EC legislation, implementation in practice, E 9)Quality Management Tools 10)Quality Management Tools 11)Economy Quality 12)Quality management systems in enterprises, approaches 13)Motivation as a tool for quality control.
