learning outcomes
The graduate demonstrates the knowledge in the field of legal philosophy, methodology and legal argumentation. Has an overview of the basic methods of scientific work used in the current science, including ethical requirements for authorship. The graduate can recognize scientific works with a high degree of originality and knows the major works of the scope. The emphasis is on the ability of practical learning methods of scientific work on examples.
