1.The concept, function and system of law (Law as a multidimensional phenomenon. Function of law. Objective law and subjective law. Private and public, substantive and procedural law.) 2.Legal norm (Concept of legal norm. General and specific features of legal norms. Structure and types of legal norms.) 3.Sources of law and their creation (Creation of legal norms. Legal regulation. Judicial precedent. Legal principles.) 4.Legal system (Structure and hierarchy of legal system. Concept of legal force. Relationship between international and national law. EU law) 5. Interpretation of law (Types of interpretation according to the subjects performing the interpretation. Bindingness and significance of the results of interpretation. Methods of interpretation of law.) 6.Legal relationship (Legal relationship / relationship and its elements. Subjective rights and legal obligations. Subjects of law and their subjectivity.) 7.Application of law (Implementation and application of law. Stages of the process of application of law. Acts of application of law. Remedies.) 8.Legal liability and protection (Functions of legal liability. Subjective and objective liability. Forms of fault. Legal protection of subjective rights.) 9.Legal cultures, rule of law (Anglo-American legal culture. Continental legal culture. Islamic legal culture. Rechtsstaat a rule of law.) 10.
