1.Law and right, positive and natural law, science od law and legal practise 2.Notion of normativity, norms(rules) of law, thein common and specific features. 3.Kinds of rules of law 4.Applicability of rules of law as far as time, locality and persons addresses are concerned 5.Sources of law, legal order 6.Law-making, legislative procedure, legal language 7.Legal culture, types (families) of legal cultures 8.Legal personality, legal persons 9.Private law, public law, materiáa law, procedural law 10.Domestic (national) law, international law, EC/EU law 11.Interpretation of law, subjects and methods of 12.Argumentation and evidence in law

Students are aware of differencies between basic categories of theory of law-law and right, positive and natural law, rule of law and source of law, legal order, legal culture ? families of system of law). This is a necessary starting-point of any further study of different branches od positive law and gives a better insight into these basic notions and categories and into their eventual calling into questions as well.
