Course content
1. Interpretation in law, subjects of interpretation 2. Methods of interpretation, argumentation in legal practice 3. Knowledge of law, attitudes to law, legal versus illegal conduct 4. Legal facts, legally relevant circumstances 5. Rights and obligation 6. Breach of legal obligation, responsibility for a breach (violation) of law 7. Legal protection of rights 8. Application of law (questions facti, questions iuris) 9. Acts (instruments) of application 10. Law and state, rule of law

learning outcomes
Students have to gain summary of the basic notions and categories connected with right (subjective law and with interpretation and application of law. Mastering of all these informations is a necessary starting point of any further study of different branches of law and gives a better insight into these basic notions and categories and into their eventual calling into question as well.
