Course content
1. Basic terms in the field of humanities 2. Specifics of the area of consideration in the field of law 3. Classical formal propositional and predicate logic 4. Non-classical logics - deontic, aletic, eristic and probabilistic 5. Semiotics, semantics and pragmatics 6. Legal language, normative and contextual dictionaries (PES, ČNK, AcademicLex) 7. Interpretation of legal constructions 8. Fundamentals of Quantitative Research (SPSS) 9. Qualitative research in law 10. Problems of comparative research 11. How to write a compilation 12. Structure of the thesis 13. Formal requirements for the thesis
