Course content
1. The Content of the subject Introduction to the criminalistics (subject, the notion of criminalistics, the system of criminalistics, the place of the criminalistics in the system of sciences, the methods of criminalistics, criminalistics characterization of the crime). 2. The development of the criminalistics (the development of the world criminalistics, the development of the Czech and Czechoslovak criminalistics). 3. Criminalistics mark, criminalistics identification. 4. Criminalistics technique - introduction, personal identification according to criminalistics (anthropometry, dactyloscopy, odorology). 5. Criminalistics technique - personal identification according to criminalistics (identification of the writer or author, criminalistics audio expertise, criminalistics biology, impression evidence). 6. Criminalistics technique - identification of objects according to criminalistics (toolmark examination, ballistics, microscopes, glass examination, the examination of the medicaments and drugs /criminalistics chemistry/). 7. Forensic biomechanice. 8. Criminalistics tactics (introduction into problems, criminalistics versions, scheduling, phases and organization of the investigation, crime scene inspection, interrogation, confrontation). 9. Criminalistics tactics (interrogation, restoration, recognition, criminalistics experiment, criminalistic documentation). 10. Criminalistics methodology (introduction into problems, methodology of the investigation of the particular crimes). 11. Criminalistics methodology (methodology of the investigation of the particular crimes). 12. Excursion to the selected criminalistics workplace

Seminar
  • Contact hours - 26 hours per semester
  • Preparation for an examination (30-60) - 46 hours per semester
  • Attendance on a field trip (number of real hours - maximum 8h/day) - 8 hours per semester
