Course content
1. System of the special part of the criminal code. 2. Crimes against life and health. 3. Crimes against freedom and the rights on protection of personality, privacy and secrecy of mail, crimes against human dignity in sexual area. 4. General dangerous crimes, enviromental crimes. 5. Crimes against the Czech Republic, foreign state and international organisation, crimes against the order in public matters. 6. Crimes against property. 7. Economic crimes. 8. Crimes against family and children. 9.Crimes against the humanity, against peace and war crimes. 10. Introduction to the criminal procedure law, concept and object of the criminal proceedings, interpretation and force and scope of the criminal procedure code. 11. Basic principles of criminal procedure law. 12. The subjects of the criminal proceedings. 13. Safeguard of persons and things. 14. Procedure of evidence.

learning outcomes
Students master a capability to analyze a factual process both from a view of the general and teh special part of the material criminal law and according to this properly to aply the provisions of the criminal code, event. of other criminal enactments. Further they master basics of the criminal procedure and analyze individual criminal processual instituts. Knowledge of these institutes they aply and show on particular cases then.
